Romain – Project Manager

Who am I: Graduated from the « Central School of Electronics », I started my Diapason adventure as a developer. Today, I manage the industrialization of the solution. I create standardized application packages that are pre-installed with Diapason.

A typical day: I share my time between my Parisian office at Diapason and my main residence in the Var, in a “home office”. I interact mainly with the design and project teams. I spend a large part of my days making sure that all the packaged components work well in all customers where I implemented Diapason and I sometimes visit them.

What motivates me at Diapason: I appreciate the way the company works, which encourages responsibility and allows us to achieve concrete results. It’s rewarding to build, as a team and in close relationship with its clients, functional bricks shared by some of the best treasuries in the market.

Who am I: Graduated with a DESS in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Computing in 2002, I first worked on banking offers in France and in the UK. Today, I am a Project Manager at Diapason.

A typical day: The work varies from client to client. Implementations require particular care in analysing requirements, whereas upgrades focus on the existing operating procedures. The days are rarely focused on a single subject!

What motivates me at Diapason: Diapason is a software package that is continuously enriched. So you have to keep yourself updated all the time and that’s very stimulating. The warm and constructive atmosphere that prevails in the project teams greatly facilitates the sharing of knowledge. The company knows how to trust its consultants, giving them responsibility for the implementation of prestigious clients.

Who am I: Holder of a DEA (post-graduate diploma) in Financial Modelling (Paris I Sorbonne), I assist customers in their daily use of Diapason solutions.

A typical day: A typical day in the support team does not really exist. Each day can be different with a different level of stress depending on the problems met by our very demanding customers. It can also happen that we go to their premises if needed.

What motivates me at Diapason: Working in a good mood, uniting with a team of consultants, developers and sales people who share the same objective of customer satisfaction and support, is what drives me every day.

Who am I: holder of a Corporate Finance degree from Shanghai and a Master in Finance and Treasury from IGR in Rennes. I work in the “Professional Services” team of Diapason. I work most of the time on Diapason implementation projects and bring my business knowledge to Diapason customers on a daily basis.

A typical day: I intervene on one or several Diapason projects (implementation or extension) and I often work directly in our customers’ premises. I take part in design workshops to analyse the customer’s needs, and work closely with project manager and the product team, in order to set up a solution that optimally meets the requirements. In addition, I regularly assist the support team in resolving end-user issues.

What motivates me at Diapason: First of all, it’s the strong expertise of the team that motivates me. I am delighted to participate with them in the development of this offer built with high level clients evolving in different sectors. As Diapason covers all treasury activities, I am lucky enough to work on a wide variety of projects (flow management, interest rate and exchange rate risk management, accounting, etc.) that feed my curiosity.
